Cognigy.AI is a modern software product and based on a microservice architecture. This means that we are not shipping a single binary to our customers, but rather ship more than 35 binaries packaged as Docker images. You can get more information about Docker images and containers within the official documentation material provided by Docker:
In order to run our software, you have to pick one of the major container orchestrators which will then spawn containers from our Docker images and run them in a reliable way.
We support the following two container orchestrators:
Furthermore, you have to obtain a license and credentials for our Docker registry in order to retrieve our Docker images and start our product. With the release of Cognigy.AI version 3.4.0 we have decided to create a new documentation manual for installing our product, updating it to a new version and for managing the installation.
We are now also providing documentation for both container orchestrators we support - as we have officially added support for Kubernetes!
The new documentation material is only accessible for our customers and partners and can be retrieved as a password-protected ZIP archive which we will update with each release.
You have to contact us in order to get the password for the archive. Please send an email to [email protected] to get the file.
If you already have the password, you can download the guide for the current version of Cognigy.AI by following this link:
